Refund Policy

This page explains how subscription billing and refund requests are handled for Good Voice Lab.

Subscription billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can contact support to cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not want renewal.

Refund requests

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If you were billed in error, experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service, or were charged after a cancellation problem, contact us promptly with your account email and payment details.

Non-refundable situations

We may decline refunds for partial usage periods, abuse, policy violations, or cases where the service was accessible and functioning as described.
