Service use
Good Voice Lab provides hosted text-to-speech generation. By using the service, you agree not to misuse the platform, violate law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt service availability.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, payment failure, or policy violations.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown on the plans page at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Usage and storage limits
Free accounts are subject to daily character limits and IP-based limits. All accounts are subject to storage controls, including the completed-job cap and automatic deletion of generated audio after 24 hours.
Generated content
You are responsible for the text you submit and for ensuring you have the right to generate and use the resulting audio. You must not use the service for unlawful impersonation, deception, harassment, or prohibited content.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime, but the service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and limits may change over time.
